Web 2.0 Tools for Student Oral Projects: Numerous free and easy-to-use Web 2.0 tools provide opportunities for both instruction of speaking skills and student audio and video projects that are broadcast to a wide audience and allow for online collaboration and feedback. The panelist will discuss and demonstrate the use of podcasts and sites such as VoiceThread and Glogster for teaching oral skills and for project-based learning that incorporates and promotes student oral production, with a focus on video.
